Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by N Zee LLC, operating as HomeHealthCare101 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or enrolling in our SMS/MMS messaging program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. SMS / MMS Program Description & Use Cases

N Zee LLC (HomeHealthCare101) operates two separate SMS/MMS consent programs. Consent for each is collected independently via separate unchecked checkboxes on our opt-in form and is never combined:

Transactional Messages: Webinar reminders, training guide delivery, onboarding updates, coaching updates, and service notifications related to the user's registration or inquiry
Marketing / Promotional Messages: Special offers, program updates, announcements, and service information

    Example transactional message: "Hey [First Name], this is HomeHealthCare101. Your free class is starting soon — here's your access link: [URL]. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance."

    Example marketing message: "Hey [First Name], this is HomeHealthCare101. We have an exclusive update on our home health care program. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance."

2. How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

Your participation in our SMS/MMS program is entirely voluntary. You may opt out at any time:

Reply STOP to any SMS/MMS message — you will be immediately unsubscribed
Reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE — these keywords are also accepted

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS/MMS messages will be sent.

4. Message & Data Rate Disclosures

Message & data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan
Message frequency may vary depending on your consent type and program stage
N Zee LLC (HomeHealthCare101) is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier
Contact your carrier directly for details about your messaging plan

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS/MMS messages is subject to effective transmission and is not guaranteed. N Zee LLC (HomeHealthCare101) is not responsible for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your carrier or network conditions.

6. Age Restriction (18+)

Our services and SMS/MMS messaging program are intended solely for individuals 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from or direct communications to individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware a minor has enrolled, we will promptly remove their information and unsubscribe them.

7. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We will never sell, rent, or share your SMS/MMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Transactional and marketing consents are always collected separately and independently.

8. Consent & Agreement

By checking an SMS/MMS consent checkbox on our opt-in form, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years of age
Have read and agree to these Terms of Service
Have read and agree to our Privacy Policy
Consent to receive SMS/MMS messages as described in the checkbox you selected
Understand that SMS/MMS consent is optional and not required to access the free class or purchase any services

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
